Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through a secure online process.

Step 3:
Receive your confirmation

You’ll receive confirmation of your booking along with your session details.

Step 4:
Join your session online

Connect through Zoom or Google Meet using either video or audio, depending on your preference.

Available session times

Sessions are currently available Monday through Friday, with select weekend flexibility if needed. Availability may change on holidays.

1:30–2:00 p.m.
7:00–7:30 p.m.
8:00–8:30 p.m.
You’ll select your exact date and time using the booking scheduler below.

All sessions are held online via Zoom or Google Meet. You may choose the format that feels most comfortable for you, whether that is video or audio only. To respect your privacy, sessions are not recorded.
